Five Year Plan
After the 1st season we finished (8-16 Overall and 5-9 in District).   We finished in a regular season tie for 5th and won the 6th seed by way of a coin toss.  We started the season with some specific goals for our first year.  The goals included; working hard (competing each game), developing effective standards and habits, doing things the right way, and learning the game of basketball.  At the conclusion of this season we had completed all our goals.

THE VISION FOR THE NEXT 5 SEASON ARE AS FOLLOWS:
• 2-3 Seasons:  We want to finish in the top half of the district and win half our games.
• 3-4 Seasons:  Top 3 finish in the district, advance to the regional playoffs, and contend for a district title.
• 4-5 Seasons:  Compete for a district title, compete for a regional title and make the state playoffs.
• 5-6 Seasons:   Win the district, win the region, be a finalist/winner of the state championship.
