The Mid-Atlantic Recruting Service Report (M-ARS)

The six-state Mid-Atlantic Region (Western Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, and Washington, D.C.) is an area rich in football tradition and a heavy producer of talented college football players and NFL standouts.

THE M-ARS REPORT, a recruiting journal, was designed in consultation with major college recruiting coordinators and coaches, and contains factual player data which succinctly describes each prospect's athletic ability and academic capability. Released annually, THE M-ARS REPORT includes over 3,500+ prospects from among the 1,100+ football-playing high schools, both public and private, within its 200+ pages.

THE M-ARS REPORT is compiled by Bill McGregor and Chuck Palla, a well known high school coach and a recruiting analyst respectively. The duo has a combined 80 plus years of football experience.
