Released annually, THE M-ARS REPORT includes over 3,500+ prospects from among the 1,100+ football-playing high schools, both public and private, within its 200+ pages.

THE M-ARS REPORT is compiled by Bill McGregor and Chuck Palla, a well known and highly respected high school coach and a recruiting analyst respectively. The duo has a combined 80 plus years of football experience.
