Football Outlook:
Landstown's offense is powerful. Coach Chris
Beatty went 16-5 over the past two years
at Salem. Landstown fans expect much of
the same success this football season. Expect
the Eagles to throw the ball...a lot. If
the Eagles get adjusted to Beatty's high-powered
offense, they could post a few 70+ point
games. The Eagles are hands-down the favorite
for the Beach District.
Players to
Watch:
Opponents will have their hands full with
Landstown's skill players. Expect a record-breaking
season from senior QB Terry Mitchell.
The highly-touted senior WR Jeremy
Mitchell is likely to lead the
area in receiving this season. Also keep
an eye on sophomore WR/DB Percy
Harvin and senior WR/DB Allen
