JAMM Incorporated was founded in 2002 by Joey Alleyne, a native of Nassau, Bahamas. The vision is to Win, Equip and Challenge teens to life and beyond.

JAMM has traveled extensively to Africa, Europe and the Caribbean performing on tours and facilitating training seminars. JAMM has also appeared on BET, TBN and several local access television shows. JAMM was the special guest at the 2003 McDonald's Gospel Fest (Shrine auditorium) and the Alice Hill Celebrity Extravaganza (Kodak Theater).
