1) Two (2) twenty (20) minute running halves with 24-second shot clock for
college and pro division teams. Two (2) sixteen (16) minute running halves
with 30-second shot clock for high school league.
2) Clock Stops ONLY for shooting fouls, timeouts and ALL whistles under last (2) minutes of SECOND half and will STOP on each basket made under (1) one minute of SECOND half in Pro and Collge league games.
3) Rules will be strictly enforced by certified high school and college officials.
4) Illegal Defense will not be called. Only 3-Second Lane Violation of Defense will be enforced in Pro and College divisions.
5) Two (2) full and Three (3) 20-second timeouts per game all divisions.
6) Only a full timeout can advance your possession to the front court in the Pro and College divisions.
7) Warm-up time FIVE (5) minutes and Halftime FOUR (4) minutes unless games are running behind schedule.
8) Five (5) minute overtime for Pro and College division and Four (4) minute overtime for MS, JV and Varsity divisions. One (1) full timeout per overtime period and NO other timeouts from regulation carry over.
9) Absolutely NO Profanity or Fighting. Profanity will warrant a technical foul and fighting will automatically terminate your participation from the league.
10) Two (2) technicals issued to any coach or player will result in EJECTION and individual MUST leave gym immediately. Player must pay league commissioner $25 fine to return for next league game. Three (3) technicals against any team will result in a forfeit for that team and Game Over.
11) Playing an illegal player not on your official roster will result in a loss recorded for ALL games and immediate forfeiture of ALL team entry fees.
12) Players MUST wear SAME jersey number the entire summer or technical foul will be issued and ALL Pro and College participants MUST wear ENTIRE league issued uniforms or you can not PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS!
13) No GRACE period for any game. All teams MUST arrive NO LATER than thirty (30) minutes prior to their scheduled game times for ID check-in.
14) Forfeit will be recorded if team does not have Five (5) Players by game time.
15) Each Coach MUST COMPLETELY fill out and turn in score sheet to Official Scorekeepers five (5) minutes prior to their scheduled game time.
16) Team fouled two (2) consecutive times under two (2) minutes remaining in game will shoot two (2) free throws each time they are fouled thereafter in Pro and College divisions.
17) ALL COACHES must sign a copy of these RULES and REGULATIONS.
18) All Coaches and Players Must Display PHOTO ID or PAY ADMISSION.
19) NO SMOKING, GAMBLING or LOOSE BALLS Permitted at ANYTIME.
20) Each Coach and Player is Expected to Respect Referees at ALL Times.
