Spirit.
Ministry to the spirit
is a core component of Alpha Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. To minister
to the spirit we have held women's fellowships, invited the campus
to join us in prayer, co-sponsored programs with other Christian
organizations, and held dialogues on topics that are especially
pertinent for Christian college students.
Soul.
Every
semester we sponsor a variety of programs that stimulate the hearts
and minds of those in attendance. Such programs include our forums,
dialogues, community service events, Ladies Nites, academic study
sessions, and a host of other exceptional events. The sorority
holds Women's Wellness annually to discuss issues pertinent to
women and encourage physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Body. To minister to the body,
we sponsor events that promote health and wellness. We also co-sponsor the Midnite Ice skating party with
our brothers, and collect food items to create "love packets"
for the homeless in the DC area.
